Ann Drolet Scheduling Coordinator
Ann has over 20 years experience in scheduling and
advising services for urban pest management. She has completed the
Purdue Pest Control Technology Course in addition to training in
administration and scheduling.

Angel Santiago, Senior Pest Management Professional
Angel has completed the Purdue Urban Pest Management Course, and more
recently the requirements of a registered IPM Practitioner. As a
senior technician, Angel works with clients as an advisor role as well as
their service provider. Angel also helps assist with training of newer
personnel. Angel has assumed the role of site project manager for

Eric Picard, Service Advisor and PMP
Eric Picard is a Service Advisor working primarily working
with Commercial Services and consulting on integrated pest management.
Programs include IPM in Schools, and programs to help meet LEED
Certifications for Green Buildings. Eric is licensed in both
Massachusetts Rhode Island, and a bachelor's degree in science.

With over 10 years experience in customer service she works in Client Relations at MD Weaver.
To best meet or exceed the needs of the client Mary communicates with key
people at client locations to further tune the services offered. While
other staff work with the technical aspects of IPM Mary's focus is to
address the customer service aspect.

All technicians are required to undergo a thorough training to progress from
Junior Technician to Standard Technician. More experience is needed to
progress to Senior Technician Level. Technicians receive training
according to the Quality Pro standards of the National Pest Management
Association.
